Chipotle Meatballs


Ingredients:
1 / 2 pounds of ground beef.
2 tablespoons chopped onion.
1 clove minced garlic.
chopped parsley.
2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
salt.
pepper
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons flour.
1 / 2 cup oil.

for the sauce:
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato puree.
5 dried chipotle chiles, seeded and deveined.
2 tablespoons chopped onion.
1 clove of garlic.
salt

Preparation:
1.-mix in a bowl by hand all the ingredients for the meatballs, except flour and oil.
2 .- Click the above mixture into balls and dip them in flour. hot oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs lightly.
3 .- prepare the sauce while browning the meatballs.
4 .- chipotle cool slightly and put them to cook in 1 cup water to soften.
5 .- blend together the chipotles, onion, garlic, tomatoes and tomato puree with the water they were cooked peppers. in the pan in which meatballs will cook two tablespoons of hot oil and fry on all liquid after it is cast.
6 .- Once well seasoned, add 1 1 / 2 cups water, salt to taste and then the meatballs that cold. let all boil for 15 minutes
